UV glue is how fast curing it? A chance to contact the UV glue curing test, see the glue on the syringe accessories, after the UV light source, the glue actually instant solidification, I was very surprised by this! And UV glue and ordinary glue what is the difference? The next take you to briefly understand how it works!
First of all, what is UV glue? What are the advantages of it?
UV glue, also known as ultraviolet curing glue, shadowless glue, UV light curing glue, etc., is a one-component, low viscosity, high strength acrylate adhesives. Usually based on liquid zwitterion (also called prepolymer), it is prepared by adding specific active dilution monomer (also called active diluent), photoinitiator and other additives. It has the characteristics of long storage period, solvent-free, fast curing speed, good transparency and good heat and chemical resistance.

So what is the curing principle of UV glue!
UV glue contains a photoinitiator (also known as photosensitizer or light curing agent), is a class of UV region (250 ~ 420nm) or visible light region (400 ~ 800nm) to absorb a certain wavelength of energy, resulting in free radicals, cations, etc., which triggers the polymerization of monomer cross-linking curing compounds, so that the paste in a few seconds from the liquid state into a solid.
In the light curing system, including UV adhesive, UV coating, UV ink, etc., the UV curing principle is used to achieve rapid curing.
