Nitrogen UVLED curing machine (an inert gas protected UVLED curing machine)

FAQ UV LED Curing Oven500

Futansi Electronics Technology has recently launched a nitrogen UVLED curing machine (also known as an inert gas protected UVLED curing machine), targeting industrial and research scenarios requiring anaerobic environment ultraviolet light curing.

Addressing issues such as incomplete curing caused by oxygen inhibition during traditional UV curing processes, this equipment provides a solution through an inert gas protection approach.

The product features a nitrogen interface on the machine body. Through an internal circulating air duct structure, it can continuously inject nitrogen and expel air from the chamber during operation, thereby creating an oxygen-free UVLED light curing environment.

This design primarily serves fields such as optical fiber communications, medical devices, 3C electronics, instrumentation, and research institutions, meeting the curing requirements of UV adhesives, inks, and other materials under oxygen-free conditions.

In terms of product structure, the equipment adopts a cabinet-style design, featuring a compact size and light weight. It also supports customization of different specifications and dimensions according to customer requirements. Regarding sealing performance, the equipment effectively prevents UV light leakage, ensuring operational safety.

The cooling system incorporates an exhaust fan structure capable of rapidly dissipating heat generated during operation, preventing equipment overheating. Additionally, the irradiation distance can be adjusted according to actual usage scenarios, adapting to the processing needs of different workpieces.

In terms of performance parameters, this nitrogen UVLED curing machine delivers high energy output and light source stability, enabling rapid curing, which helps shorten production line cycle times and improve overall production efficiency.

Furthermore, the equipment employs cold light source technology, keeping the surface temperature rise of irradiated objects within 5 degrees Celsius, with relatively low power consumption. Environmentally, the equipment produces no harmful metals or gases during operation, making it friendly to the production environment.

It is understood that Futansi Electronics Technology has been deeply engaged in the UVLED curing machine field for many years.
